An agenda will be prepared and placed on the league website no later than 3PM on WED. September 7.

Even if you are NOT bringing students, please email Mary and let her know if you will be attending the meeting.

Coaches’ Meeting:

Beginning at 10:45am, FGCCFL will conduct its annual Fall Meeting. This gathering allows new coaches to become familiar with the league. It also allows current coaches to debate issues and modifications to league procedures and rules that they believe require addressing. Even if you do not bring students to the Congress competition, we urge that you attend the meeting. This is your opportunity to have your voice heard, and this is where the final tournament schedule for the season will be set.

SINCE COACHES WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN THE MEETING, HONOR AND VARSITY STUDENTS WILL BE USED AS JUDGES. IN ADDITION, SCHOOLS MAY BRING TRAINED JUDGES TO USE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE TOURNAMENT. WHILE NOT MANDATORY, THEY ARE APPRECIATED - AND NEEDED!

Please send any agenda items to Bill Gibron at bgibron@verizon.net and Dr. Terri St. John at tessspeak@aol.com.  Any agenda item requested prior to September 7, 2010, will be addressed first in the order established by the league officers.  If you present an agenda item, please be prepared to explain to the league or send your explanation with another reliable coach.

Agenda items should be beneficial for the entire league and should be considered as what is in the best interest of our students. The Agenda will be available online at the League Website (www.fgccfl.org) no later than THURS. SEPT. 8
